Choice of material

• Monomeric PVC white base with matt or glossy finish;
• White base polymer PVC with matt or glossy finish.

Monomeric or Polymeric?

Monomer vinyl is the cheapest vinyl, the one that allows you to have the best price / quality ratio. It is normally used for applications of short duration 18/24 months and above all suitable to be used on flat surfaces. After a few days the effect of shrinkage begins to occur, that is, the adhesive vinyl applied tends to shrink by a few millimeters, about 1mm per side on a 100x100 cm adhesive. This peculiarity must always be taken into account during the application phase.

Polymer vinyl is qualitatively better. The mixture of this material allows to have a greater elasticity than monomer vinyl, allowing it to be used on those surfaces with minimal changes in thickness. Polymer vinyl, consisting of higher percentages of PVC, is therefore able to adapt to more complex surfaces (for example on the rear window of a car or on a glass bottle) ensuring a medium-long life of 24/36 months.

Cutting mode

• Half-cut die: It means cutting only PVC (label), leaving intact the underlying paper film allowing you to quickly peel the adhesive. In this case the labels are delivered in dashboards / reels with height 32/64 x 100/130cm.
• Half cut die + complete cut: In this case 2 cuts are made: The PVC cut (label) and the underlying paper film so as to easily peel the stickers in this case delivered individually (Stickers type).
