What are loyalty points?
- These are points that you earn for every euro of expenditure made on www.stampegrafica.plus
- Fall under the category of "DISCOUNTS vary". Are then combined with the "FIXED DISCOUNTS".
- Can be accumulated or redeemed at any time in good expense to use as a discount on the next order
- Add up to the discounts already provided for each level of the Wonder Program
- Can be accumulated and used exclusively for purchases on the web
What is a discount?
StampeGrafica offers the possibility to access to two types of discounts: those that are fixed and variable. The two types are combinable, while two of the same family cannot be summed (unless otherwise noted). Here are some examples:

When can I use the coupon?
The points will be available immediately after confirmation of the order. The points can be converted into gift vouchers at any time.
How valuable are the loyalty points?
For every 5,00 euro spent on www.stampegrafica.plus the Wonder Program awards one loyalty point.
The conversion from loyalty points, a coupon will be made automatically with the report: (Loyalty Points)X(0.20 euro).
Example: 100 loyalty Points correspond to 20,00 € voucher for the expenditure which will be added to the discount from your level Wonder.
IN OTHER WORDS, WE WILL REFUND THE 4% OF YOUR SHOPPING!
How do I convert loyalty points into vouchers?
Just log in to your personal area, try the space dedicated to the loyalty points and click on the button “convert my points”.
The discount code is unique and tied directly to your profile, may be used within a year from creation.
Where can I check the amount of my points from the customer?
In your personal area. (CLICK HERE)
The points have expiration date?
The points expire after 180 days.
There is a protection in favour of the Customer that does not know you have Loyalty Points?
Of course. Stampegrafica don't waste the value that each customer accumulates over time. For this reason our commercial office reserves the right to convert the accumulated Points (if not spent within 6 months) for a Discount Voucher and apply it automatically to the first purchase made by the Customer in the following calendar year.
Can I use the coupon along with articles promotion?
The code generated by the conversion of the Loyalty Points can be combined with additional discounts fixed assets in the catalog. Cannot be added to additional discounts variables.
I am already registered on www.stampegrafica.it and I have accumulated several Points. What do I do?
If you're already a customer StampeGrafica and you have accumulated loyalty points, you can make the request for the transfer of the coupon corresponding to the Points accumulated. Will not transfer the Points, but the discount code is generated. Simply send an email to the address info@stampegrafica.plus to make the request.
