Prerequisite for a good application, is that the surface be perfectly clean, smooth and the surrounding environment clean and dust-free.
This guide can be used for the application of all the PVC based adhesives, white, transparent, one-way, back-lit, and walkable.

Application PVC stickers with water and soap
This system allows to avoid the formation of any air bubbles during the application of large decorations. It makes possible the repositioning of the adhesive during application, increasing the margin of error, especially for beginners. This method is the most simple and widespread.
Procedure
- Clean thoroughly the surface on which you will apply the adhesive;
- Spray evenly and ABUNDANTLY the surface with soap and water;
- Remove the white base ( Liner ) from the PVC;
- With the help of another person place the adhesive on the surface and starts to “spatulate” from top to bottom and from the center to the outside to allow water to escape;
- Continues to "spatulate" with constant and uniform pressure until the adhesive does not adhere perfectly to the surface and the water does not leak completely. If they remain of the micro bubbles, the water calm, they will evaporate within 24 hours.
Useful tips
We recommend not to carry out the work in the heat or cold of the day ( the surfaces are too hot or too cold may create problems in application stage )
To facilitate the application, we recommend “pannellizzare” the adhesive. This solution should be planned before working. In fact, the file to print must be “prepared” for overlap of 1.5 cm to maintain during application.
To increase the margin of error, we recommend that you always leave an abundance of about 1 cm per side. This allows you to “trim” the tape after application for a perfect result.
Useful information
- The glue on the pvc complies with the maximum strength after 24 hours from the application;
- The ideal temperature for applying adhesive is between 10 degrees and 25 degrees;
- Always take into consideration the impact of the "withdrawal" of approximately 1 mm to the side that the PVC will present after about 1 month from the application.
